Best Practices for Staff Hiring: Minimizing Bias & Designing our Searches for Inclusion

In this session, facilitated by the Division of Inclusion, Equity, and Community, participants will discuss strategies and best practices for developing a diverse search team, overcoming bias obstacles, and creating inclusive materials to foster an inclusive environment for candidates.

This is part of the IDE Community Education workshops and will count as the IDE education requirement. Registration is required.

Two sessions are offered. Participants need to attend only one session.

  • Monday, June 17 from 9 a.m.–noon.
  • Tuesday, June 18 from 1–4 p.m.
