As a recipient of a Professor Roy Grow Fellowship, Peter spent four weeks in Malaysia (and a bit of time in Singapore) studying three separate Chinese development projects, all housed under the rubric of the Belt and Road Initiative, China's global infrastructure/investment plan. Peter traveled throughout Malaysia and talked to numerous people working on and living alongside these projects. He'll be sharing his experience and what he learned.
